Perhaps you have retired from cricket or you are out for a season due to injury, maybe you just have a passion for the game and enjoy travelling around to visit various cricket grounds and sample some of the delightful cricket teas that are on offer?
At Golden Hill Cricket Club, our 1st XI is currently seeking a new scorer for the upcoming season. This will be our first season playing in WEPL Premier 2 and you would have the opportunity to visit a number of beautiful cricket clubs in the region.
Our scoring takes place electronically and the Club will provide you with a device to use for scoring during matches, we can also arrange for you to attend basic and advanced ECB training courses in scoring both to help you get started and to support your development as a scorer further down the road.
As the first team scorer, you would be a valued member of the support squad and we can offer transport to and from matches, the chance to feast with us during tea when cricket teas are provided and, of course, a drink with the team in the bar after the match as a small token of our appreciation.
Our league season starts on Saturday 7th May 2022, but we will also be playing some pre-season friendlies from Saturday 16th April and we would love for you to join us from then.
