Every year since 2007, Golden Hill Sports has opened its gates to local residents for a fun-packed community event that helps raise much-needed funds for the club. The latest updates can be found on the Party in the Park Facebook page here.

This year, you can skip the queues and buy tickets here.

This year's Party in the Park takes place on Saturday 14 September.

Party in the Park is our flagship fundraising event and attracts thousands of local residents. The event boasts a variety of stalls and entertainment, ranging from inflatables to bumper cars to live music.

There is a variety of products on sale from local businesses and food options to suit even the most discerning of foodies.

Party in the Park is the culmination of months' worth of planning and organising on the part of the GHS PITP Committee, aided by members, parents and local residents alike.

Would your business like to sponsor Party in the Park?

In the lead up to the event, our members hand deliver 10,000 printed programmes to homes in the local area. We also publicise the event via our social media channels for maximum reach. Get in touch with us to learn about sponsorship and advertising opportunities, or find out how you can secure a stall to sell your products during the event.

Would you like to be involved?

Party in the Park is a large event with many moving parts and we all know that many hands make light work! We encourage and welcome volunteers from our membership and the local community.

Some of the ways in which you can help are:

  • Donate cakes, bottles, books, quality children's clothes and toys

  • Sell raffle tickets (even just 20 of them)

  • Tell your friends and family about the event and share our social media posts about this year's Party in the Park

  • Give your time before, during or after the event. There is plenty of set-up to be done, stalls to be manned and clear-up after the crowds have left. Perhaps you would even consider joining the organising committee?

Please contact us at to learn more about sponsorship opportunities, secure a stall or to register your interest in helping out with the event!
