Cricket
The cricket arm of Golden Hill Sports is known as YMCA Cricket Club due to its historical connections with Bristol YMCA, however no official links remain with the YMCA.
An senior level, the YM runs five Saturday sides in the Bristol & District Cricket League. In addition the club also operates a Midweek Eleven that plays several Twenty20 matches on weekday evenings. A handful of Sunday matches are also arranged each year.
The First Team compete in Division One of the 1st XI league, whilst the Second Team are in the Senior Division of the 2nd XI League. The club also has very strong Third and Fourth Teams, which compete in 2nd XI Division Two and 2nd XI Division Three respectively. The Fifth Team, now in its third year, play in ‘A’ XI Division Two.
For 2011, the club has also introduced a Women and Girls section which everyone at the club is extremely excited about.

Adult Net Times/Dates
- Mens + Under 17's - Gloucestershire CCC (BS7 9EJ) - Wednesday evenings 8-9pm starting 1st Feb (first 4 weeks). 8.30-9.30pm next 5 weeks and then 8-9pm final week.
- Womens - . Starting 3rd February for 10 weeks.
Junior Net Times/Dates
- Under 10s and Under 11s - Oasis Brightstowe Academy, Shirehampton (Penpole Lane, BS11 0EB) - Friday Evenings 6-7pm. Starting 3rd February for 10 weeks
- Under 12s and Under 13s - Oasis Brightstowe Academy, Shirehampton (Penpole Lane, BS11 0EB) - Friday Evenings 7-8pm. Starting 3rd February for 10 weeks
- Under 15s - Oasis Brightstowe Academy, Shirehampton (Penpole Lane, BS11 0EB) - Wednesday Evenings 6-7.30pm. Starting 1st February for 10 weeks
- Girls Under 13s and Under 15s - Orchard School, Filton (Filton Road, BS7 0XZ) - Friday Evenings 7-8pm. Starting 3rd February for 10 weeks
