A Conversation with Mike Procter

We are delighted to welcome cricket legend, Mike Procter, to Golden Hill on Monday 18 July 2022. Join us for what promises to be a most enjoyable evening with one of the greatest allrounders of the 20th century. A natural talent on the field, Procter was denied the opportunity to showcase his talents on the international stage by South Africa's isolation. Procter made a string of memorable appearances for our local county side, Gloucestershire, to which he was passionately loyal. Procter was named the Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 1970 and South African Cricketer of the Year in 1967. 

He now leads the Mike Procter Foundation, which provides support and access to sport to disadvantaged children in South Africa and the UK.

The bar at the Keith Milsom Pavilion will be open and the event will start at 7:30 PM, but we would recommend arriving around 7 PM to ensure that we run on schedule. Tickets are available to buy from our website now and cost £10 plus card processing fees. 

All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Mike Procter Foundation.
