Golden Hill Sports FC's Annual Awards Night was voted a big success last weekend when the first team squad and other supporters enjoyed a buffet and the presentation of some silverware at Golden Hill Clubhouse.
The social event drew a line under the most successful season in the club's short history in which the first team scored more goals and gained more league points than the previous two campaigns combined. To top off a great year the club were accepted into the superior Suburban League at the first time of asking which has paved the way for the creation of a reserve side in 2008/2009.
