Rich has long held the reighs for the 3rd team leading them from the front with his second in command stood closely behind him. Tasked with the job of shaping the up and coming younger players and helping them progress their game is never an easy task but Richie taskes this all in his stride. With an average of 13.5 in 2009 im sure he will look to improve this next year but for any northerner the thought of reaching a 50+  each week and having to part with hard earned money to buy a jug for others to drink is a difficult mental hurdle to overcome….but im sure he will get there!
